Margaret is a 2 Bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home on a 20x30 lot.  To be best place it will need to be on a right sided corner lot, such as 1 Sun Song Avenue in Sunset Valley.

Margaret is a traditional home, that has been furnished and decorated in tones of cream and blue.  All appliances have been upgraded to self cleaning, and if you check the book case, you may find yourself in for a surprise ;)

Lyndee - A 2 Bedroom Rustic Home

Welcome Home!!

Lyndee is a 2BR 1BA home built on a 20x30 lot.

Decorated in wooden tones with greens and creams, Lyndee has a master bedroom, a bathroom, a nursery and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area along with a reading nook.

There are no technology items on this lot, making it perfect for those technophobes out there.

Jade - A Two Bedroom Traditional Home

Welcome Home!!

Jade is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom family home built on a 30x30 lot.

Tastefully decorated in jade green, cream, orange and brown tones.

Built for Smoky Topaz's Housing Crisis Challenge at The Simmers Society
There are native American accents throughout the build, as Joe and Nidawe wanted to honour their ancestry, but without making it too overpowering.
The second bedroom is currently a guest room/study, but could easily be converted into a nursery if needed.
Jade is connected to both the local Fire and Police Station.
